Our Story

 

Graphaa began with a simple idea: jewellery should feel personal. Not just something you put on, but something that carries meaning, whether you are wearing it on an ordinary Tuesday or saving it for a moment that matters.

 

We are based in Bad Oeynhausen, Germany, where our small team works out of our office on Eidinghausener Straße. From here we select, design and ship every piece that carries the Graphaa name. Behind the brand is Vialita UG (haftungsbeschränkt), founded in January 2025 by our managing director Sergej Neufeld, who set out to build a jewellery label that people could actually trust, both in the quality of what we sell and in how we treat our customers.

 

What started as a focused idea around necklaces has grown into a small but thoughtfully curated collection. We work with everyday wear in mind, pieces you can put on without thinking twice, but we also make sure there is always something suited to the bigger occasions: anniversaries, birthdays, or simply a way to tell someone they matter to you. A lot of our customers come to us looking for a gift, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every piece is chosen or designed to feel like it was picked with care, not grabbed off a shelf.

 

We keep things simple on purpose. No unnecessary flash, no trend chasing for the sake of it. Just elegant, wearable jewellery that holds up over time, both in how it looks and how it is made. As Graphaa continues to grow, our promise to you stays the same: honest pieces, thoughtful service, and jewellery that feels like it was made to be worn, not just looked at.
