WHERE WE SHIP

At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within Germany. Orders are dispatched from our facilities in Germany or France, depending on stock availability.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

Standard shipping is free of charge. Delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days from the day your order is dispatched.

Express shipping is insured and costs a flat fee of 4.95 EUR. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and are counted from the day your order leaves our facility, not from the day the order is placed. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by high order volumes, weather conditions, or delays caused by our shipping partners, which are outside of our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at info@graphaa.com with your order number so we can look into it and assist you further.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it, including photos of the item and packaging where possible, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
